Warren was very personable as well as professional, took special care to protect my wood floor, and quickly went to work to expertly diagnose the problem with my dishwasher. After finding, repairing, and explaining the issue to me, he also gave some useful hints and tips so that I can use my machine more efficiently in the future. Very pleased with the service.

I got emails, text messages, phone calls non stop to make sure we knew about appointment. A window 8 am to 5 pm is very long. It's a lot to ask of customers. You should beable to do morning or afternoon. The 2nd day we were given 2-3 pm. Our person showed at 5:22 pm. He called at 5:02 but never left a message. Hopefully our dishwasher is fixed.
