Jeff gave a good estimate for time of arrival, so I could plan my day. This was the second call he made to my home. The first visit was diagnostic, as the problem was not what it appeared to be on first look. He ordered the appropriate parts, and returned today for the installation and assessment of the repair to be sure proper function was restored.
