Pleasant, competent, went the extra miles (literally)
There were some delays in getting this maintenance done, but I believe they were due to scheduling system errors. Frustrating as that was, when Benjamin was here, he fixed the door of the washer quickly and locally sourced some parts that he deemed we needed, but that hadn't arrived.

Our hot water heater service
We were very pleased with our service tech Nick. He came right in and went to work. Explained the issues, trouble shot our system and even found and corrected a flu issue we didn't know about. Would highly recommend and use again.

Excellent tech. Explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. I signed up for warranty and he helped me with connecting with helpful customer service person who was very pleasant. FINALLY got signed up. My big problem was Credit Card Customer Service!! Person on other end had such a heavy accent it was hard understanding her words.
