Great work!
Bob did an awesome job! He diagnosed the root cause of my microwave not working (worn out contact switch) and resolved the problem by replacing the frayed switch with a new one.

I had at least 3 phone calls telling me about my impending appointment. And then, I received a call from a real person was trying to sell me a home warranty plan. I told that lady several times that I wasn't interested and she kept pushing. Kyle seemed a bit confused about why she was calling to talk with me as he seemed to think that was his job.
