Refrigerator assessment
I am very satisfied with Richard's service. He was courteous and competent in his work. Richard determined that my refrigerator compressor failed and provided an estimate for the repair cost. We will replace the refrigerator, rather than repair, but I would be happy to call on Richard for future service needs.

Felix was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. The Customer Service end leaves a lot to be desired. I had to have 5 appointments to get the issues diagnosed and and then repaired. This was my 2nd call for the same issue with my washer. Not happy with Sears, a name I have always trusted.

Jorge has come to our house several times for different repairs. He is always eager to help and explains the problem with our appliance. Jorge always has great communication from letting us know when he will be arriving to answering questions we send on his cell phone. * the tech that came out before Jorge did a poor job and did not repair our issue with dryer Jorge took care of it during his follow up visit today.
