Rating Technician Gary
Due to a Sears blunder, we were not able to receive the correct Part for our refrigerator for Gary to install. Throughout the period from August 7, 2024 to installation (date incorrect Part was delivered) through October 2, 2024, Gary followed up on the situation and kept me informed. It was Sears blunder, but with Gary's leadership and follow-through the correct Part was finally received and Gary was scheduled to install the correct Part on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Gary is a true professional and Sears is lucky he is their employee.

Michael, the Sears technician who took care of our repair service on our Kenmore washer, did a great job! He is a very hard worker and does a very good and thorough job!
