Julio showed up at the time indicated. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator quickly. Dust on the Condensers seems to be the issue. Everything else seemed to be working right and at the right temperatures. Julio vacuumed the Condenser area and was done. This Service Call didn't take long at all. I would welcome him back when the need arises.

Tech, john, was great. Sears is very difficult to work with if you have to try to speak to a human. I have to use my home warranty rep to get them on the phone and they've only succeded once in three tries. Just wait, Sears will try to bill me for this covered service in about 3 months like always. Not the Sears i grew up with. I prefer local techs, as they depend on the work done right to earn a living.

Robert came and installed my new heating element in my oven. It did not take long, and he tried it out to burn off oil. I was pleased with his friendly demeanor and professionalism. He arrived and was done quickly.
