my Kenmore refrigerator

I am very disatisfied with the service that I received. I have not been able to use my icemaker or water for almost two months.I have had 3 repairmen come to the house 5 times and it is still not working. The ice maker has busted or leaked several times causing a mess in my house. Sears had the nerve to call and pressure me during that time to pay for extended warrenty. I'm a senior citizen and the bottle water is too heavy for me to carry home from the store. If you don't know how to fix my refriderator, please replace it with a new one.

My Tools Really

On Time,but conversation was my new system would need the same thing once a year to fix the problem the unit has.I had to provide the tools needed to fix it,and run around to fetch said tools.He left me with a mess to clean up,dirty floor,dirty towels,etc...

Beginning to get upset

I have had this stupid machine worked on now 4 or 5 times THIS TIME and has been broken down 3 prior times and once again i have another appt for tomorrow. i want a new one. this is rediculous. this machine is less than 4 yrs old. it is clearly a lemon. I want a new one.

It is unbelievable you are still in business with your service. I think your years are numbered because Sears is operating on the good name you had years ago. That won't last in todays world.

he was rude and said there was nothing more he could do. he did make the temp colder but it did not work. the porblem with the fridge is that is does not make much ice and the water does not come out very cold.

Outrageously time-consuming terrible repair servic

I told them at the time I made the appt. that an electrician had checked it and it needs a new control panel. When the repair man came, he didn't have the part, only assessed the problem. Need new control panel. Time spent on my end, 4 hours. Next appt., and 4 hours, part hadn't arrived, so new appt. but more than a week later. Part arrived, also repair guy. Time spent on repair, 5 minutes. My time being available for windows, 12 hours. Tenants being withoout the dishwasher, more than 3 weeks. The repair people, when the repair takes place are fine. It's getting to that point that the system is extremely poor on the customer convenience side as it relates to time spent as well as time not having a working appliance.
