Technician gets 5 stars. Sears Home Services (A&E) gets 1 Star Because one cannot communicate with anyone. Repeated attempts by myself and Choice Home Warranty could not generate a response from Sears Home Services. this lack of service resulted in 54 days without a working oven. We purchased a new stove delivered today. The oven WORKS!

Nicholas and a trainee arrived within the scheduled time range and called 15-20 minutes prior to the appointment to let me know they were on their way. Once on site, they rapidly replaced an old door seal in a friendly and professional manner and provided insight as to what may have caused the leakage problem.
