Technician Ian k was very, very, very, professional in every way > showed me the piece of plastic that had broken off that cause the problem we were experiencing. Educated me concerning "Dryer Duct Cleaning " He noticed dryer top got hot and usually this is caused when Dryer Duct is in need of cleaning also notice of extra minutes needing to be added on after a typical cycle wherein clothing should have dried. I am now, an Educated Consumer. Keep Ian happy; he is a: "TOP TECHNICIAN FOR SEARS".

He did a good job. But this company is very bad and can't talk to anyone but only AI. Someone was supposed to come last Friday and no one came. This man came on Monday may 11. And he never knocked the door or ring our doorbell and we were inside!!! I just happen to see the ring and saw he was just standing there and left after two minutes. That was very unprofessional. His name begins with A.
