Though it was an extent job I'm very happy to say that it wasn't an unpleasant experience. Both the repair and the customer service was and is greatly appreciated. The time not only spent with the repair but the conversation afterwards were exceptional. Both my Mom and brother enjoyed the visits and are pleased with the repairs. Thank you so very much.

The technician that finally completed the repair was great. However Sears and American Home Shield were terrible with communication and and maintaining their appointments this repair took about a year to make. They would reschedule and not notify set a window from 0800-1500 and not show up. Not the best companies.

I had someone come out, probably Leroy earlier this year. They ordered a part which finally arrived today. He returned weeks l later and knocked on my door. I was in the back of my home and didn't hear him. He left a note saying he'd tried to come. I tried calling to make an appointment for him to come out again. He finally showed up yesterday. I'd like to talk to him by home phone since I got a bake element maybe yesterday or today. How do0 I get him to come out again and check it? I called the phone number for my previous issues but all I talked to was issues that Super Intelligent AI didn't understand. How can I talk to a human and talk to Leroy to see if he needs to come out and replace the bake element.
