My appointment was scheduled for today between 8am and 12 pm. I got a call from Timothy at 1:36 pm and he showed up at 2:00 pm, 2 hours outside the scheduled window! Customers have things to do also. I didn't appreciate the fact that he didn't get here on time.

Minh was fantastic. The tech (NOT MINH!) that diagnosed the problem earlier in the month was apparently incorrect in his assessment. Minh reassessed the problem after opening the back of our fridge and saw that the original tech hadn't done that because he would have had to clean off the condenser. Mr Minh concluded it was probably one of the fans which he fortunately had in his truck. He did the install, took care to not damage our vinyl sheet flooring and left the area cleaner than he found it. Had the original tech diagnosed the problem correctly it weeks have saved us a few weeks of baby sitting our food storage needs, the wrong parts would NOT have been ordered and it probably would have saved Mr. Minh's time. I'm going to request Mr.Minh for my warranty repairs going forward or go with a different provider. Thanks, Maria A.
