Best technician!
Philip was outstanding! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what was going on and how to help prevent it in the future. He was very knowledgeable, patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything before he left. He was professional, efficient, and took great pride in his work. Sears is lucky to have him, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Highly recommend!

I needed my dryer to be fixed because I heard a pop sound after running a loud after 10mins and it stopped working. I want to leave a 5 star review of the person being nice, on time, explained clearly what was wrong with it (the belt popped and it needed to be replaced). He gave me the option of repairing the dryer or buying a new one without any pressure. I decided to have it repaired, and I'm very glad I did. The technician did an excellent job, and my dryer is working great again. I really appreciate the honest advice and quality service.
