Great technician
Gemiah was a blessing today. I was told he would come between 8-5:00. Poor thing didn't get here until almost 7:00 but with a great attitude. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my washer and fixed it. Thank you for such a great job and pleasant attitude!

Technician very Nice guy, competent as far as I could tell, but he couldn't help me to not pay for the service! Quite expensive to have a Sears dishwasher repairman not find a problem with the dishwasher, which now requires a plumber, but to go ahead and bill me for it… He says that's your policy, and I guess that's how it is, but it's pretty tough on old ladies with limited resources to pay for nothing but his opinion. Couldn't you give us a break?! However, I'm sure that if he could've fixed it, he would have!
