He was fine. But Sears made me wait over 6 weeks for a repair, has horrible telephone service and promised a $50 check for my loss of food and didn't send it., if I was able to speak to a tech beforehand they could have brought the parts with them. Horrible horrible how Sears operates. Customer service is a joke.,

John performed a diagnostic on my dryer that was rattling. He was thorough and kept me informed on what he was finding. He performed a fix but was not satisfied and continued the diagnosis, ultimately finding the cause in the Blower Motor and fan mounting unit. When I declined the repair due to the cost being g above the cost of a new unit (understandable due to the age of the Dryer) , John provided recommendations on makes and models that would fit my needs and also gave me areas to watch and clean in the exhaust vent to keep the new dryer healthy. I will return to Sears for my repair needs thanks to John.

We had Jesse out today to look at our washing machine regarding an awful and irritating grinding noise it was making on the spin cycle. Jesse was amazing! He did all the basic checks to see if it was something simple or something super complex. Jesse was quick to asses the issue and was very informative on what was wrong and our options. Jesse is a technician who is extremely professional and I have no problem saying that we will ask for him on any of our future appliance diagnostic/repair needs. Thank you Jesse!!

Zane was thorough and did a great job, but I was so aggravated by Sears AI that I almost cancelled the appointment. I will never call Sears again unless I can get through to an actual human being. Also, AI was supposed to text me when repairman was on his way, but it did not. So, I give Zane a 5-star, but Sears AI a no-star rating.
