Tim came in and immediately went to work. He had the dishwasher parts pulled and reinstalled in no time! Very friendly considering I was his second to last appointment for the day.

the techs were good. the company way of doing things is so bad.m 23 emails setting appoints before getting it right. 14 automated phone calls. 4 calls I made to talk to someone only one had useful information that stated parts would be shipped to my house on the third call. I should have been told that by the tech as I received one email that stated tech had parts. 28 days to get the washer fixed Also note Jamie notes that outer tub is bad and the problem is going to come back again that quote the washer is 24 years old and should be replaced. The absolute worst service I have ever had in life.

From start to finish we could not have asked for better service. We had a clearly understandable representative get our call in off hours, and schedule an appointment. Subsequently I was sent email with confirmations and a link to a work order that I could view and edit. We were given updates with regard to arrival and Jamal our tech was terrific. He pursued extra testing and read outs of error codes to ensure the fix we implemented was appropriate. Definitely will recommend.

Your repair person left my house at 10:30am. It's now 3:00pm and no ice. I don't think he repaired the whole problem. I'm not very happy with your service. Why can't you fix the problem in one or two trips? It will now take at least one more trips to diagnosis the rest of the problem and another trip to repair the problem. And this leaves me without ice for at least a month. 😮💨😮💨😩😩
