Eugenio was very attentive and understood problems encountered with refrigerator. In fact, he took time to explain what he is doing and why and showed us how to properly install the water filter to avoid future problems. He provided excellent service and very customer oriented.

Very professional and efficient. Diagnosed my washer with pictures and all in the matter of 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the cost was more than a new washer so I decided not to get it repaired.
