Refrigerator cooling problems
John was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed that a power outage reset the setting on our convertible freezer/refrigerator/chiller section of our GE Cafe quad door refrigerator which caused everything to thaw. He also told us that if changing the settings didn't correct the problem, it might need a new control panel and gave us a quote for that. We were very happy with our experience.

But, I appreciated the advice and recommendations. Turned out that I had a clogged vent, and I suspected that, but wanted to be sure it wasn't more than that. Luckily the fix was quick and simple, and I had a replacement vent hose from a time before that I bought and hadn't used yet. Thank you!
