I want to say that Shane is an asset to Sears Home Services. He was very through in his evaluation of the problem I have had with my refrigerator. On his first visit he listened intently as I told him the issue, and he asked a few questions. He checked out some of the electronics inside and ordered some parts, which arrived at my home during the following week. Upon his next visit, he replaced the defective parts and said the freezer would be making ice again within a few hours. He was neatly dressed and very polite. Don came in happy and helpful. He examined my dryer the laid out the options, completely ok that I chose to forego his services and buy a new dryer instead of repairing the old one. I did sign up for the appliance warranty program, so my service fee was applied to the cost of that. Win/Win!

This was a great experience. We have not had a dryer for two weeks. I kept getting updates through text messages which I appreciate Danny was right on time at 8:20. He quickly and efficiently fixed the dryer. Also did some cleaning very professional very respectful I could not have asked for a better experience. Danny was the best. 😃
