Brian is an excellent repair tech
In addition to cleaning the coils, Brian reset the freezer temperatures and showed where vents were inside unit and how to not block air flows.

Happy Camper
After washing dishes by hand for a couple of weeks, I got smart and called for help which came in the form of an excellent Sears technician who knew exactly how to fix my dishwasher. Happy, happy.
