Mohammad H is the pleasant, polite and reasonable face of a company that relies way too much on Bots and AI to communicate to its clients. There is no phone number or even chat line set up to register issues. Its all confined to multiple choice answers except THIS particular feature that appears after all is finished. My first appointment for this recent problem with my refrigerator had a 12 hour window and no one called or texted to say they werent coming after all. So I spent my entire day wondering if I needed to stay home and had to organize my life around this service. This rescheduled visit was terrific. Please treat your service people better.

The Dishwasher!! This thing is becoming a nightmare. Not because GE made a bad unit but because previous repairs led us to equipment failure prematurely. Sears found the problems! Actually, Gregory found all the issues. His attention to detail was excellent and thorough. Step by step he found every issue and fixed them. He was always professional and explained his findings. He kept his work area clean and cleaned up after his repair. Sears needs to pay these outstanding techs their worth. Gregory is a first liner for Sears and he shines for them. Thank you sir for all your help.
