Cafe Induction Unit Repair

Robert was very pleasant and knowledgable. The Cafe unit being totally electronic, so finding the issue was difficult. It appears that the user interface connection was loose. Robert unplugged and reinstalled it. The unit now works. It appears that the interface connector was loose, probably during factory installation or kitchen installation.

Our technician was good and polite. The parts he ordered were installed resulting in the repair of only one of our problems. He suggested I wait 30 days to file another service request to see if our extended warranty company would authorize the correct part to fix our remaining problem. I will be following his advice. I'm not sure why the part he ordered didn't work; however I noticed he had to use the old electronics for the back of the new display. That might be the reason why our problem wasn't fixed. The new paddle switch works fine and it seems to have fixed the dispensing problem we had.

When you set an appointment and you don't show, it is not acceptable. You did it twice to me and it's seriously not acceptable you should be paying me for compensation
