Your AI poorly programmed and it is almost impossible to reach a person. Over a month to repair because of scheduling snafus. I would NOT recommend you to anyone even though the tech excellent.

This was Thomas' second visit during the first visit he identified he issues with my range and requested that part be sent to me home. He came back and took the time to work on the issue and make sure I was satisfied with the work he did. He cleaned up the kitchen where he worked. He was through and helpful. I'm hoping that I don't have an issue again and if I do I hope that Thomas is the one to come back out!
