  2. One and a half hours on hold is too long

    This is the third time I have had someone to fix my dishwasher. Still not fixed, said he couldn't wait long enough to watch it misbehave. Now I have my 4th appointment scheduled. Machine shuts itself off every 4 minutes. I have been on hold several times for over an hour and have finally hung up. Ridiculous "customer service."

  4. Still not fixed and haven’t heard

    The company set the day and time. No show no call. When I finally got someone after. 48 min hold they said they are coming tomorrow. They tried to make it sound as if I had it wrong. I set the apt in a text. Written proof on time and date. When tech arrived he said he would come back to fix problem. He has not been back and again no call for or info on when they might fix problem. Ordering parts he said. Years ago sears had the parts delivered to my house. This company they are using now instead of sears employees is pathetic!

  7. Disappointed

    Disappointed I have a Sears warranty paid over these past five years my washer needs to be repaired and they can’t seem to solve the problem I’m very disappointed frustrated I’m at wits end, Very unhappy customer
