Patrick provided excellent service. He was prompt, thorough, and efficient. He laid out my alternatives in easy-to-understand terms and was friendly. Additional feedback to SHS is to alert customers via text and/or e-mail the evening before service. I had many e-mails and texts for the original appointment, which got rescheduled (not at my request), got a follow-up text to reschedule, then I didn't hear anything back until the day of the appointment, which I was not sure would happen since I received no pre-appointment communication. I happened to have left the house since I was resigned to it not happening. I left the house then I received a call from Patrick stating he was on his way. Your initial appointment communication was on point. Your follow-up appointment communications left things to chance.
