Great experience getting my over fixed. Unfortunately, the service tech left a yellow bag of tools at my house and I was unable to catch him before he drove off. Not sure how to schedule getting these tools back to him. Please advise. Thanks!

John was excellent. He kept me informed of his arrival time, and arrived as agreed. Really imprtant to a customer hanging around and waiting. He recognized the problem, ordered the bad part, and completed the repairs. He was careful with my possessions and put everything back in the cabinet. I think Sears Repair does a great job.
