I have had 2 interactions with your AI agent and both have been totally unsatisfactory. The first time it could not tell me whether I had a service contract or not. It said I did not have an active one and when I asked if it had expired it said it couldn't answer that question. I asked to speak to a human and AI said it could answer all my questions. Obviously it couldn't and I had no way to speak to a human., The second time I asked it to change my phone number from the land line to my cell so that I could receive text updates about my service appointment. It said it was unable to do that and again, I asked to speak to a human and was told AI could provide all the help I needed. IT COULD NOT AND DID NOT!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SEARS PROVDING NOW? On the other hand, Brent was professional, helpful and finished the job.
