Saved by the service technician
George's service was excellent, but the communications with Sears warranty leaves a lot to be desired. We waited 9 hours yesterday without a call. They said we did not receive the part, but we told them we did. Luckily, George pursued our cause and our dishwasher is fixed. Thank you George.
