This whole repair was the worst experience I've ever had. This review is aimed at Sears, NOT this technician. The first tech that came out started all of this. We paid out of pocket, Sears missed most of what was really wrong with our oven. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

You will never get my business again. Both technicians who visited my home ,3 times, were rude and disrespectful. The first tech troubleshooting was incorrect according to the second tech on the second visit. When the more parts, 2 duplicate set, and the second tech returned the third time, he was rude at best. When he let the dryer run 2min and I told him the failure had occurred later in the cycle, I ask if was he confident the error would not return, he responded " I m confident because I'm a technician ". Well the first technician was confident too. I don't need to be talked to like that in my own home so I paid the bill as quick possible. So sorry I questioned your expertise.

He came upstairs from the basement and said it is fix. I was happy, I said now I can wash thank God. . He said yes and left . I went to the basement and put a load in the washer and it still was not spinning.

Waste of Time

Technician did not come with any intention on actually doing any work. He talked constantly about irrelevant subjects after I Continuously mentioned we want to fix the machine and that the belt was broken. Technician gave a quote but couldn't gaurentee the washer would work . My whole reason to call a technician is to diagnose and fix the problem, like what did you come out for if you weren't able to fix the problem or fix anything????This experience was an absolute waste of my time.

It took more than a month to get my dryer fixed. They did not inform me that there will be parts that will be delivered to my house and that I would have to call them and let them know when the parts have arrived. My appointment was rescheduled three times with less than a day notice which is frustrating due to the fact that I would call off work for no reason. The day that the tech finally arrived he did not want to fix the dryer right away because he said that my payment doesn't show on their side. I literally just paid a minute ago over the phone before he got to my house. I showed him a picture of my payment by logging in to my bank account and he said he can't accept that because it says pending. I mean of course it would say pending on my recent charges just like if you had swiped your card in a store to buy an item. Overall, this has been one of the worst service I have gotten from the beginning to end.

He gets a zero I have been waiting for him all day. The service says he is on his way then goes to he is here and he never showed up!!!!!!!!! Now I have to wait another hour for dispatch to call me back. This is unacceptable. This is the third time I have had to take of work for the same problem and it is not fixed.

This is the 2nd tech man came over for the same job but he claimed he couldn't do anything because the parts ordered didn't right. The parts were ordered by the 1st tech 3 weeks ago as he came to check the washer. Why does it happen all the time? Why does Sears tech always takes a few trips to complete just one repair job?
