Appliance repair for washing machine
Everything was great EXCEPT for the fact. That when you run debit or credit cards it produces a pending charge for $.01 to Hertz Car Sales in Clearwater Fl. This caused me a lot of time and frustration to figure out what was going on. And I had a block put on the card I paid with. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days before I get a new one. I talked to Hertz Car Sales in Clearwater Fl. they say that this has been going on for over 3 years. I have tried calling Sears but the automated system hangs up on me. This really needs to be fixed.

Alex did a great job. But I did all the ordering of parts . Because Sears dropped the ball. It too over 4 weeks to do the job because of it. This company makes you pay for the service ahead of time. And we ended with terrible service from them . Sears I wouldn't recommend you.
