What does review title mean?
5 stars out of 5. Samantha AI robot is creating confusion. The AI robot called my cell phone and said the technician was running ahead of schedule so he will come between 11am and 1pm today. Norman, the technician said he was not running ahead of schedule. He sent a text to my cell phone at 2:50pm to tell me that he as on the way. He did everything that was expected of him. Sears managment, your AI system needs to be replaced by live agents, immediately.

Dennis came to help us out by fixing our dryer even though it was very late in the day. We were supposed to have our dryer fixed on Thursday but the service was rescheduled several times as times that the service man would arrive and finally rescheduled for the next day. After many texts for delays, since it was late in the day, I again requested that it be taken care of Friday no matter how late. Dennis finally showed up in the early evening to complete the job. I am grateful to Dennis for working so late and taking care of the customers.
