This review covers Michael, our technician only…this review does not cover our experience with Sears Home Services, I would need a separate review for this. As for Michael, he is professional, polite and very knowledgeable regarding our appliance. He was on time…he called us to let us know his ETA…his customer service was exemplary. These type of employee are rare now a days. Please commend him for a job well done.I was totally satisfied with our experience with his work. I hope if I need a technician in the future for my other appliances, I can get Michael again for our service call.
