Steven was exceptional and would be welcome in our home any time. However, we are not moving forward with the warranty which expires Sept 7, 2023. Apparently, because we waited for the technician to review our appliance before calling in our renewal and paying for it, we were told that because we renewed three days late our premium went from $159.00 to $262.00! This is outrageous and just plain greedy. Hence, we are done with Sears and also - since we have cancelled one month prior to our contract's expiry date, please send us 1/12th of our premium back.
