Steven was the technician who fixed my dryer today. This is the third time Steven has been to help me. He is pleasant, very knowledgable, and experienced. The parts he orders are always correct. He completes the task in about a half hour. He is reliable and punctual . When I know a technician is heading my way, I hope it is Steven. Thank you.
