I recently had the pleasure of having Gordon, a Sears technician, repair my appliance, and the experience was fantastic! Gordon was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to explain the problem in simple terms. The repair was done promptly, and my appliance is now working like new. Gordon's friendly attitude and attention to detail, including cleaning up afterward, really stood out. I highly recommend Gordon and Sears for any repair needs – you won't be disappointed!

Well the repair was satisfactory and the technician was terrific. Unfortunately it took two months for the proper repair parts to arrive. It's a great challenge to live without a refrigerator for that long. And most importantly it would have been good to have more than 4 hours notice that the technician was coming. An e-mail at 5:00 AM local time and text at 7:30 AM the day of the arrival for a 9:00 AM appointment was quite a surprise.
