Great Serviceman
Sam was very polite, courteous, informative and patient. Because I was only available on Fridays, he worked with me and my schedule. He did a fantastic job and of everything we needed another repair, we would definitely want Sam.

The technician was very professional and appeared to know and understand repair of my washer. I did however, miss the part about moving the appliance and maybe marring my floor, although I apparently signed the form (I'm sure that was my mistake). Overall, I was happy with the experience.
