Daniel did a fine job. It is you company and service dept. that leave much to be desired as to how this whole experience was handled. I will no longer be needing your service in the future and as of today, I will cancel my contract with Sears Home Services. Reminded me of the horrible experience I had with AHS. (American home shield) Many delays, no communication on why the first date was cancelled and then re-booked weeks our and myself having to take more time off. Enough....it ends today.

Sam is a people person first of all, he is very knowledgeable and he takes his time in explaining what the problem is regarding the gas boiler, and what has to be done after doing an inspection of the gas boiler, and what will be needed to repair it. Sam is very good at what he does. So, I give Sam a 5 star rating on his service.
