This is a scam, they sent a tech to my house and he said I had to pay 600$ to repair my oven. Paid for him to come back and sears canceled my order week later. No one came back to my house and the automated system and the call center said they had no record of the tech being at my house, but they did see where I paid them 600$, some how... its been a week since they said the billing team would get back to me about a refund... surprise surprise no one has contacted me at all. Please avoid this service it's a scam.
