Jonathan was prompt with time of appointment. He text to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. Jonathan was professional and fixed the problem right away. He explained to me exactly why the dishwasher was not working and did a couple test runs to make sure it was working and fixed properly. He was in and out of my residence within an hour. I highly recommend him.

Kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed issues and turned my refrigerator back on. Apparently it got turned off by accident and the code to turn it back on was not readily visible to me. He made a recommendation for the water drainage and showed me how to take the filter out and clean it and said that it should be cleaned on a monthly basis.

John was very pleasant and thorough. He made repairs and insured that there was no water leaks. He took time to answer my questions, and explained what he had done. Except for cost, service was good by both young men who did the problem diagnostic and made the repairs.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. We were charged separate service fees for both our dishwasher and washing machine, even though the same technician evaluated both during the exact same visit. To make matters worse, the repair quotes were outrageously high: Dishwasher: The technician diagnosed a drain hose that had been chewed by mice. We were quoted $500 to replace it. A quick search online showed the replacement hose costs less than $30. Washing Machine: We were told the machine was off balance due to corrosion at the drum spring points, and fixing it would cost over $800. In total, they quoted over $1,300 to complete the repairs, on top of the $300+ diagnostic fees we had already paid upfront. Charging double diagnostic fees for a single technician visit and providing such heavily marked-up repair estimates feels completely unreasonable. I would not recommend this service. Was first time reaching out and called because of SEARS name but that was poor decision.

This is a scam, they sent a tech to my house and he said I had to pay 600$ to repair my oven. Paid for him to come back and sears canceled my order week later. No one came back to my house and the automated system and the call center said they had no record of the tech being at my house, but they did see where I paid them 600$, some how... its been a week since they said the billing team would get back to me about a refund... surprise surprise no one has contacted me at all. Please avoid this service it's a scam.
