Spencer is the best
You have/had 2 service technicians Spencer and AJ Spencer was just at my house and as always did a fantastic job and he goes above and beyond the duty he has to make sure everything is right. AJ who i understand has quit in last week, was my service tech for my washer and dryer he as well was outstanding everytime. Sears services have driven away several technicians and now my washer service that was scheduled for Dec 31 is most likely canceled my parts are at my house but no tech to install them. You have great technicians but are mismanaged by sears or whoever runs it now. You guys suck, there is no customer service when calling and that is making me leave as a customer. Spencer and AJ were Awesome, BUT you guys SUCK!!

Spencer G did a really good job at installing a new compressor and all that goes with it into my refrigerator freezer. In the beginning, he diagnosed the problem right away and gave me some pointers about what to do during the waiting time. He explained things very well, and when installing the new compressor, he was efficient and very knowledgeable.
