GE Washer Repair
Gregg was great, arrived at 6pm, which was a little past 4:12-4:45pm, but whatever. Washer was a bust, only six years old, paid $700+ for it and it's dead. No repairs completed.

Mitchell was great! I had no problems with his service at all. The main problem with Sears service is that it seems to be controlled by Ai. There is no real person to speak to for any concerns at all. Very poor customer service program.

Gregg was a pleasure and helpful. Hopefully the issue is fixed. Getting a tech dispatched here was a nightmare. My appointment was canceled and rescheduled the next day. I had to make numerous calls to remind them i was waiting. Not good!
