GE Washer Repair
Gregg was great, arrived at 6pm, which was a little past 4:12-4:45pm, but whatever. Washer was a bust, only six years old, paid $700+ for it and it's dead. No repairs completed.

Awesome and friendly
He was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable on the appliance and got it fixed in no time. He was friendly to me and my daughter kept trying to talk to him and he was nice to her as well. Very good employee

Refrigerator repair
Mitchell was great! I had no problems with his service at all. The main problem with Sears service is that it seems to be controlled by Ai. There is no real person to speak to for any concerns at all. Very poor customer service program.
