Had a small water leak. Found the leak and decided to call for an expert repair. Gregg was assigned and he revealed what I had thought. Water inlet valve needed to be replaced. The part was ordered, but at twice what I could purchase from Sears' parts website. Gregg came did a nice job replacing the water inlet valve, tested the connects and was very polite and professional. I appreciate the repair he made.

Gregg was quite late on the appointment, but that may not have been his fault. He fixed the problem. He spent a good deal of time finding the problem while checking out all the possibilities. He was very knowledgeable and found out what had happened. Gregg was very polite and friendly which made everything pleasant. I hope to have him again if I ever need service in the future.
