Repair man did not ring my doorbell
The repair man showed up at 6:01pm and did not ring my doorbell. Caught on doorbell camera he only taped on the door several times ignoring the video doorbell. People were in the house, and no one heard him. Inappropriate, making us waste an entire day waiting for service

Service not provided
Normally I don't do these , but very unhappy with this whole experience. Said technician Claimed to arrive at my residence and stated that I declined service. I was at home all day and no one ever showed up or bothered to call. This is the second time this company no showed for my dishwasher being repaired and I have been waiting over a month. My ticket is now closed and now I'm left with having to try to get in touch with my home warranty company again for something that could've been prevented…

Still having issues
Dryer is not working as it should- it turns on now, however multiple setting lights are lighting up at once and when I hold down the "lock" button the dryer will not unlock as it should.

Refrigerator icemaker
Icemaker still does not work. All he did was check the temperature in the refrigerator and also bottom freezer. Which was fine. All he did was unplug the power cord and then plug back in. Said should restart Also did not receive a phone call or text that he was coming Very disappointed

Multiple Visits over 4+ weeks. Fridge is still broken.
Multiple Visits over 4+ weeks. Fridge is still broken. At this point, I feel they are just guessing at parts. Replaced the fan (which took 3 weeks and multiple visits because they ordered the wrong part) but left before he validated it was working. "I can't hear it, but it should come on later." SPOILER ALERT: It did not.
