Drivers delivered to the wrong address and when doing so was told the right address they took it and just set it on the porch in the box instead of taking in the house. I wonder if they realized it could be the wrong porch. Very dissatisfied with the drivers!

Our servic tech was polite, professional and knowledgeable about our service issue. However, he forgot to include labor costs on our invoice which ended up screwing us over with the warranty company. It should be noted that ALL interactions with Sears home repair service is ALL A.I. now so there is no way to get a corrected invoice.

Gregg tried several times to accomplish the repair but the washer could not be repaired. We were satisfied that he did the most he could. We would request him again if we needed service.

l am not one to complain and hope this review doesn't get to spencer saying it was us. parts had to be ordered. upon return only some parts had arrived. repairman seemed a bit testy as all wasn't available when he wanted, in fact snatched the only part (bagged) from my with a kinda of attitude. he didn't arrive until 5.30 and was supposed to be here between 8 and 5 working day. apparently he's the only engineer for our arrest. l don't want him again as an engineer it just seemed everything was an effort for him to do. the fridge was repaired but he left the mess for us to clean our fridge and area.

Anthony was great and I have no complaints about him, but… I first put in my request in December. I had two no calls no shows and put 2 weeks further out. I called several times to get an appointment sooner and was told I had the soonest appointment available. I don't recommend using this company.

It's spring time in the country. We get a random bug every now and then. My oven hasn't been used since February. It's just sitting there. He opened the oven and I noticed a small bug. I didn't even see what it was. I DO NOT HAVE AN INFESTATION OF ANY KIND!!! This is a brand new oven. I can submit photos of any part you need to see. Inside or outside and prove it's still perfectly clean and like new!! I am so upset.

Replace handle.

You technician was honest and capable. But your estimate for labor to install a handle on an oven door is outrageous. No wonder Sears went out of business. You should be reported to Attorney General of West Virginia!

Whirlpool Dryer

Mark put in a fuse that wasn't made for my Whirlpool Dryer . When I started dryer the fuse blew out and the heating element stopped working. Mark charged me over 400.00 dollars and knew he put in the wrong fuse . I would please like a refund. You can contact me if need any questions answered.
