We had two of the most delightful gentlemen technicians - Tyler B and Michael S were wonderful - solved our problem and now we can cook and bake again. Both men knew exactly what to do to repair our oven situation - they were very respectful and Sears Home Warranty is lucky to have them on staff - thank you Michael S and Tyler B for a pleasant experience.

Went online to make an appointment for the first time as we live in a remote rural area being unable to provide a local provider. Great communication from Sears letting us know all the details of the service call. We were informed when the service provider was en route and a rough estimation of time. The technician was phenomenal, friendly and so informative. I will definitely be using this provider again.
