Anthony was prompt, courteous, thorough and took time to answer any & all questions. He explained what he was repairing and what the part was responsible for doing or how it worked. He showed me the parts he removed from the washer that he replaced. I rate Anthony a definite 5 stars and recommend his work.

Washing machine wouldn't start. Michael was able to fix it with the pre-ordered part. Very pleasant person. He was very knowledgeable about the repair and had it fixed and running quickly.

Joshua worked 6 1/2 hours troubleshooting my Samsung dishwasher. He was amazing. But the Samsung was not able to be repaired and it was only a little over a year old. This dishwasher is definitely a lemon and should be replaced by Samsung. It was very expensive when we purchased it.
