Joe was very helpful, friendly, detail oriented, very thorough and was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond multiple times while here to help me get my appliances fixed correctly. Asked if I had any concerns or questions and answered all of them. I am so glad to have Joe as a Repair Tech in my area to help. He is the best!

Gregory was awesome. The one problem is a door shelf's has already broken. Can you please send us a new replacement? You should have our refrigerator and address on hand. Thank you Still waiting for the refrigerator door shelf. It is May 6th 2024. Have not received it as of yet. STILL WAITING, WE HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM YOU YET. IT IS MAY 31ST TOMORROW AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT REFRIGERATOR DOOR SHELF.
