Poor everything! Appts cancelled 2x now. You take time off to wait for repair man which is anytime between 8-5 pm and then they cancel. My time is as valuable as yours!!! We paid for the service and part already but have yet to have it repaired? Cannot talk to a live rep ever!!!!! Totally not happy with this service!!!!
