I appreciate his quick diagnostics. Too bad LG cant get proper customer service so the technician could have had the parts required to fix my washer at this appointment and not waste my time and his requiring another appointment. It is a simple fix and customer service should have understood it. Since LG outsources their customer care they don't understand anything you say nor could I understand anything they said. We definitely will never purchase another LG and we won't purchase anymore extended warranties. Next washer and dryer will be a speed queen! So yourself a favor and never buy LG

We have to say, John was Sooo good at what he does. He pulled the stove forward to get behind it where all the wires are located. After checking everything, he knew what to do. It would cost more to repair our current one, so we will be purchasing a new one tomorrow.
