Washer Not Working
Mr Vladislav, was very helpful and so far fix the problem. Mr Vladislav was also very knowledgeable and informative about the washer. Total experience over all was very professional.

Tested but could not work on this brand
They were very polite and said they could check the coolant and function, but if it needed parts they don't service this brand of mini-split unit. They identified the problem and suggested that it might still be under warranty, less than 10 years old.
