Alfonso's communication and arrival time were perfect. He is very nice, professional and knew exactly what was wrong and resolved our issue. Perfect customer service. Now if I could get service like this for my refrigerator all would be good, but after 5 weeks my work is gone missing and I haven't had a refrigerator for 5 weeks and can't talk to a human.

Very pleased with the diagnosis and advice provided by Ismael. His mix of technical skills and engaging personality put us at ease. We had an intermittent problem and he clearly explained what was going on. Payment process was smooth. While the technician was worth the wait, I found the off-shore call center experience frustrating. (Not familiar with being asked for my "good name"?) Difficult to hear over loud background noise; when the agent confirmed an appointment for "Monday" I was happy, only to read the email confirming the Monday appointment was two weeks away.
