Knowledgeable and friendly technician
This is the second time that John has been out to look at my aging appliances. The first was about a year ago when the dryer was acting up, and most recently it was for the 19 yr old washer. He is able to diagnose the dryer's problem and fix it efficiently. Unfortunately, he had to break the new of the ultimate demise of my washer, but delivered the news compassionately!
